Among these, the Sustainable Management (ESG) process serves as the core engine of ESG management. This process is organically integrated with the company-wide value chain — covering sales, development, purchasing, and production — and is deeply embedded and advanced across all aspects of management. The Company's five core ESG policies (Environmental Management, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics Management, Sustainable Procurement, and Responsible Minerals) are structured as sub-guidelines and documents within the Sustainable Management (ESG) process, giving them strong implementation force.

As a responsible global mobile energy solutions company, Vitzrocell systematically manages social and environmental risks — including child labor, human rights violations, and illicit financial flows — that may arise throughout the mining, refining, production, and distribution of minerals used in its products and business activities. To this end, the Company operates origin traceability procedures for 3TG conflict minerals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold) and extended minerals (Cobalt, Nickel, Lithium, etc.) in compliance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the EU Battery Regulation.
To ensure supply chain sustainability and proactively manage risks, Vitzrocell has established and operates a Supplier ESG Code of Conduct based on its environmental management, labor and human rights, ethics, sustainable procurement, and responsible minerals policies.
This Code covers six themes: labor and human rights protection; safety and health management; environmental and climate change response; ethics and fairtrade compliance; responsible mineral sourcing; and management systems and implementation. It sets out the standards and implementation guidelines suppliers must observe. External verification is conducted every two years based on ISO 26000.
